Cancellation Policy

Due to multiple missed appointments and our very busy schedule, we have implemented a No-Show/Cancellation Policy. To be respectful of the needs of our patients, please be courteous and CALL  Empowered Chiropractic promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment.

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. If you do not show up for your appointment and did not call ahead to cancel (NO CALL/NO SHOW), you will be charged a $25 No Call/No Show Missed Appointment Fee. Additionally, all arrivals later than 15 MINUTES of scheduled appointment time are considered a “No Show” and MUST be rescheduled.

All No Call/No Show Missed Appointment Fees will be charged to your card on file by the end of the business day.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the ability to have access to timely health care.
